Klaus Günther on Habermas's discourse theory of constitutional democracy

In a paper to be published in an essay collection on Jürgen Habermas's legal theory, professor Klaus Günther defends Habermas's discourse-theoretical concept of the constitutional democracy:

Klaus Günther is Professor of Theory of Law and Criminal Law at Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main.
